Flotek Engg Services is being spearheaded by its Founder & Managing Partner, Mr. S Baskaran. With over more than 20 years of working experience in FMC Sanmar Ltd, he established Flotek Engg Services in the year 2002. Since then, he has played an integral role in developing Flotek from a flow meter servicing firm to one of the most decorated and reputed vendors of the oil majors in the country.
An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, Arun has experience in diverse fields such as Operations, Sales, Marketing and Training. He joined the firm on full time basis in the year 2015 with an objective to transform Flotek into a world-renowned conglomerate. He has already kick-started various process driven measures to enhance the operational efficiency and profitability of the firm. With his support, the firm is expanding into newer horizons and stamping its brilliance all over.
A software professional by qualification, Balaji has quickly adapted himself to the needs of the firm. He has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence in the southern region of India. His project management skills proved to be valuable in smooth and timely completion of various turnkey projects.
A Master of Science graduate from USA, Geethanjali brings the much-needed diversity to the top management of Flotek. She has devised purchasing strategies in line with the short term and long-term goals of the firm. Her unconventional approach has facilitated profitable supplier partnerships and newer avenues for sourcing. Her inventory management skills have proven handy in enhancing the operating margin of the firm.
Shaantinee received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University, Trichy. She plays a key role in organizational policies and general administration. She has initiated various employee engagement measures to keep the employees happy and motivated.
